You do understand that if you force employers to give women days off for menstrual leave every month that will lead to unemployment of women right? 

Think about it, as an employer, who would you likely to hire? A man who works more days or a woman who you are obligated to give more days off to, both being paid the same. (All else being equal)

I’m all for equal pay for equal work, as long as it is equal work.
